Primary Care Navigation Service
An experienced and dedicated team of Care Navigators work both remotely and within our contact centre to provide fully integrated telephone support to patients on behalf of their GP surgery. EBPC have partnered with Primary Care Networks to not only provide efficient telephone answering on an overflow basis, but also to ensure that their patients get the same level of service as they do from the reception team at the surgery (in fact, we even answer the phone ‘as’ the surgery) – including live use of EMIS web to support eConsult, full access to the health record, an ability to book/reschedule appointments and instant message the duty doctor. Patients enjoy a great experience and participating practices eliminate the ‘8am rush’ and reduce long telephone queues.
